PAS Named Strategic Engagement Partner of the Year by Professional Advantage

Announced just this week, for the financial year 2021, PAS received the Strategic Engagement Partner of the Year Award from Professional Advantage, a global financial management software and services provider. PAS received this award for its collaboration efforts around B4B with Infor Cloud. Additionally, Gayle Edwards, vice president, managing director of PAS, was named Top Sales Person of the Year for B4B by Professional Advantage for the second year in a row.

Our Most Frequently Asked Question This Quarter

Q&A is an Excel Add-in that we can use to extract information from SunSystems. Sometimes the Add-in drops from Excel for unexpected reasons. How do I retrieve the Q&A tab?

To obtain the Q&A tab we send the users the following instructions:

Ensure that the add-in is properly installed on Excel RDC Sessions:

1. Please close all Excel applications.
2. On the dashboard of the hosted portal application tab, open “QA Add-in” application. On the SUN server, you will need to open application “Maintenance”.
3. Select option bit “Microsoft Excel”.
4. Select “OK” and wait for a successful message.
5. Reopen Excel.

Ensure that the QA add-in is not disabled:

1. Open Excel.
2. Navigate to File – Options – Add-ins.
3. Use the drop down box, labeled “Manage” to select “Disabled Items”.
4. Select Go…
5. Select “Info QA items”, and select “Enable”.
6. Close Excel.
7. Reopen.

Ensure that QA addin COM add-in:

1. Open Excel.
2. Navigate to File – Options – Add-ins.
3. Use the drop-down box, labeled “Manage” to select “COM Add-ins”.
4. Select “Go..”
5. Check Q&A.
6. Select “Remove”.
7. Select “OK”.
8. Please close all Excel applications.
9. On the dashboard of the hosted portal application tab, open the “QA Add-in” application. On the SUN server, you will need to open the application “Maintenance”.
10. Select option bit “Microsoft Excel”.
11. Select “OK” and await for a successful message.
12. Reopen Excel.
